Hi guys, i am just really curious on why some people are just naturally very attractive to the opposite sex and seem to be commanding either love, infatuation or obsession. You see, my office life has been turned upside down and perhaps other girls' too when this certain guy joined our company. He was aloof, quiet but when you talk to him he also talks a lot and about himself, has a loud voice and very decisive. Well I've read from dating books that this sort of "alpha male" type is really attractive to us girls and I agree with that. the alpha type who attracts women like magnet. of course, no girl wants a guy who just follows our caprices. And this guy is the one.
He is very sincere, very hardworking (he would come to the office about an hour or two in advance), he seems to be shy inside, and does not know how to court a girl (This actually is a major plus factor to us because we can be secure that he would find it hard to flirt with other girls). The feeling is like we girls in the office is competing for his attention and who can get closer with him. I would say he also has drama in life, such as one time he disclosed to this group of girls that when he and his past girlfriend broke up, the girl got married a few months after. He is also very conservative and would say that wants to focus first on his career but would contradict himself at times as he said he wants to look for a girlfriend. It seems other guys follow him and he has stronger will than others. Just what is in him that makes us really like him? and I am sure every single girl in our office likes him.
He is not the most handsome in our office yet if he tries to court anyone, i'm 100% sure that the girl would accept him. yet he DOES NOT court anyone...and i guess that increases the competition. what is in him?
I wander if there is also a counterpart when it comes to women? Guys out there....what kind of woman makes you fall madly in love and compete with other men for this girl? a girl who has a lot of power over you...? i saw some ugly women who have their partners really under their spell...how can this be? is it true that men are super addicted subconsciously to selfish women? do men like drama? what kind of woman would ignite that something inside and make you have the desire to have her so much?

I try to answer some of these questions, but I can not speak for other men, only for myself.
- I don't think there is a woman which all men want to compete for. I am attracted to women with very specific looks, other men are attracted to different looks. Same with personality types. Of course, there are women who are generally more attractive than others just because of their looks.
- Personally, I am not attracted to women who have power over me. The opposite is much more true.
- Regarding the 'ugly women': Women don't find the same type of women attractive as men. Also, beauty is not on a linear scale; it's different for different people.
- I personally am not drawn to selfish women at all. On the contrary.
- I admit I probably do like drama, but not too much either.
- What woman do I desire? Well that's a bit too personal to write here in detail. However, looks are very important, also that she shows interest in me, accepts me, understands me, and eventually adapts and commits to me. |
