Their is allot of people who have problems panic attacks
etc

You have to stop smoking. eat the right foods
meditate. .go for runs. get into the habit loving yourself again.

stop kidding yourself all the time and get up and do it.
It is going to be hard , but it is going to harder if you don't.

You are a perfect soul. .and all you did is just fell into a pile of problems
you just need to be reminded how important you are.
and you are loved by God.
The only person who can HELP YOU ,is you

We are here to help you. but in the long run you have to make choices.
hard choices.! you need to break patterns in your life.

It could mean sacrificing watching movies! for the rest of you days.,things like this damage your brain and you loose focus on yourselves.

You have got to wake up.

and break free from all your crap. .You can do it.
I know you can do it.

Is it really possible for some one to quit all those habits in short time. How long it will take normally to quit these habits. And stay away from all these for another 6 years always need some kind of determination. isn't it?

I'd add sugar & stimulants in general to the list. Weed seems to be in the top 5 risk factors for developing anxiety as well.

Once you have quit 1 bad habit you can do another, in no time. like a chain
when you have quit all bad habits. believe me, you don't want to go back and drink coffee again ,because you remember those horrible days.
Your mind just wont go back and ruin all what you have done.

another good way to flush out your system is drink fresh water,

Fresh Water
fruit and vegetables

Do not eat meat! (because meat has demons in it. when Jesus cast the demons out into the pigs and they drowned you see.
Eat any Fish

IF YOUR A SMOKER.

Wash your clothes. anything that stinks of tobacco.
Wipe the tobacco stains from your walls
Dump any ashtrays.
Buy nicotine patches if you must
Stay away from ppl who smoke

You got to do everything the opposite.
