Hi,

When recording your own voice for your self hypnosis is it better to use 'you' or 'I'?

Thanks

Simply use whatever you like better when listening to it. That's pretty much all that matters.

When I'm recording for myself I use the term "I" to me it seems more natural and powerful but there's no right or wrong way!

I would say use "you" since that might feel more direct suggestion, where as I feel using *I* is more of a prediction than a suggestion.
