I'm not 100% on board with AA, but I agree with the others that it would be a good thing for you. You need some perspective on your problems to know where you're at, and being around other people who've gone through their own difficulties might give you that. Because the main thing I get from you is that you lack a sense of scope to tell how serious (or not) your various problems are. You might be worrying about things that aren't that important, and minimizing things that are crucial. Developing a sense of scope will help you focus, and I believe AA is a good place for that.
