Training for stress

There is reason for stress and we need to train ourselves until we perfectly(100%) feel that this problem as hurt me is love and training for me. Everything is good for me. So Hearing is just the method to use it as measurement to train ourselves and not real existence.

Constant stress is a very terrible emotional state, which can make people commit uncontrolled acts.

I can check my goodness for stress by Paranoia and dream as it is the step for goodness and stress.

I think what you're saying is stress isn't bad in and of itself; it's how we manage it that matters more.

Stress is the underneath emotional state that constantly affects our system. It is due by unresolved traumas, pains, bad emotional experiences. And deeply solving and discharging them is the way to decrease it.
