| Oversleeping? |
|
School was a while back, but it did teach me some valuable life skills, like waking up early and sacrificing sleep. The problem with me ,however, is that I get really exhausted if I don't get nough sleep. It was always like that in school, and I'd feel tired for at least 2 hrs before my body clock ticked in and I started feeling energetic again. I don't think this was a problem for most kids in my class- did they really have to sacrifice their sleep as much a s I did?
Now that I'm out of school I tend to wake up whenever I want. But there;s a problem in that if I oversleep I feel really guilty about it. I'd like to know is there anything bad about oversleeping, and is sacrificing sleep very important? It does seem to be an effort and I think if I don't I'll be being really lazy |

It suggests to me that you are not sleeping well and soundly enough.
This may have a biological aspect that could be treated.
