Hi..I have posted here a few times and its been good so far. I now feel I am finally coming out of depersonalisation but the main problem is the poor quality of my sleeping. I wake up exhausted every morning and feel as if I haven't slept. Its affecting my ability to think and just function. I got so stressed out yesterday I ended up speaking to an NHS nurse on the phone just to help me calm down. How can I get better sleep I dread bedtimes as I know its not helping and I can very rarely sleep in the day.
