Has anyone else come across Paul Scheele's Paraliminal recordings? Part hypnosis \ NLP and relaxing music, they seem to be well produced so I'm wondering if anyone has used them and found them to be useful??

I make my own. Though I do like some of the hypnosis here. I think I got a couple freebies? Last year there was a hangover cure download right after new year's eve, which was really useful.
