Hi, Just a quick question. I'm looking for book recommendations along the lines of Feel The Fear and Do It Anyway - anything inspirational that gives guidance and tips for living life well. I am working on this subject with some students and am trying to compile a helpful list of books - or tapes, cd's etc that I can recommend for further reading.

thanks, Mary

Mazcon,

I use a couple of books to recommend to clients;

Fearless Living - Rhonda Britten
Fearless Loving - Rhonda Britten
Creative Visualisation - Shatki Gawain
The Peaceful Warrior Collection of Books - Dan Millman
Life Lessons - Elisabeth Kubler Ross & David Kessler
Deepak Chopra has many different books on 'laws of living'
If life is a game these are the rules - not sure of author
Richard Carlson - has numerous books - dont sweat the small stuff

I hope some of these helps.

Would be great if you could share the reading list when compiled.

thank you,
emmad

Your Inner Coach by Ian McDermott and Wendy Jago. Not inspirational, but good self help.
