sertraline good/bad experiences

Hi all can anyone tell me what kind of experiences they have had on sertraline? been on it now for over 2 months and not sure if its making me feel generally worse (doctor put me on it for panic attacks and depression was on citalopram before this), been getting dizzy and also feeling my heart thudding in my chest, sometimes feeling sick, am on 50mg, anybody else had problems with it?

I am not a great believer in drugs, as they only mask symptoms but do nothing to "cure" the cause of mood disorders.
