| difficulty in understanding other people's instructions |

Hello,
Whenever someone gives me some verbal instructions, I find it very difficult to understand. I can easily understand written instructions though. What is the cause of this problem?
I have to concentrate hard to understand and still I am not able to understand fully. Moreover a fear is there while listening to instructions.

This could be to do with some attention deficit problem (I think you also mentioned some attention or organisational difficulties in your previous posts?) - but the fact that you are anxious when listening to instructions will also limit your concentration. I have to ask people to slow down and repeat things when they give me instructions, or better still, write them down.
