Hi, i sofer of lack of concentration and memory and thats ruin my work , do you sugest any games to develop that handicap?

I don't think games can help you,even you can concentrate on the game,you not necessarily can concentrate on your work.you can try to like what you do,like your work,and awear yourself be concentrate on your work.Hope this can help you.

nop it didnt help
i already like my work. i think there any kind of games or exercices that inprove a little your concentration

Perhaps you should see a doctor to find out if you have attention deficit disorder. They can help you with games that will help your memory.

Take several capsules of fishoil every day. I heard eye-Q improves memory and concentration. Get enough sleep. Eat healthy and with healthy oils. Exercise. Have a social life outside work. Meditate. Catch yourself when you are not paying attention. Think logically. Practice memorising.

Get some rest; eat healthy. Aim to do thing from start to finish. Reduce any distractions that you can control.

at the end of the day when your lying in bed try to recount what you did that day, after a few nights try and remember what you did 2 or 3 days ago, etc this will teach your brain to not simply toss out new info as it comes in

There are certain games that can be found by looking up the words focus games or such words like that. I have used them and they can be fun. Most have free trial memberships
