medicinenet.com has alot of info on meds, go to the medication tab and type in your meds and a whole bunch of info comes up for it. |

Hi Dee
If you are concerned about starting this medication it would be a good idea to speak to your doctor about it. Did the doctor tell you to take both at once?
How long have you been taking Cipramil for?
I've also sent you a PM.

Hi Dee
Has you doctor suggested you stop Cipramil? Or are you taking this along with the new medication?

Hi Dee
It will take time for the new medication to kick in and you need to allow up to 4-6 weeks before deciding whether you are finding it beneficial.
Have you tried the free Panic Attacks Course yet? This could help you develop other coping strategies too.
Other things that can help are to do some daily relaxation, either using a CD or doing something like yoga or meditation, as well we regular exercise and making sure you eat a healthy diet with regular meals.
