I am new to this forum and am wanting some advice/ help. I had hypnosis for smoking and I have been smoke free now for 5 years and 6 months. The day I walked out of the clinic, I never picked up a cigarette again and am so elated about this. I had been smoking since I was 13 and had been smoking for 36 years!
Because I was so successful with smoking program, this year I wanted to lose weight and exercise more through hypnosis.
I was very active up until I had a few major trauma's in succession and now just don't feel like doing anything.
I had a session last week but to date nothing has changed. Does anyone know why it isn't working for me so well like it did for stopping smoking? I am getting quite depressed about this. I used to enjoy the gym, badminton etc but now all I want to do is eat and sleep ...all day
