stop drink too much water and how to still alive

don't drink more 4l of water in a day.i had close to lost the mind and damage of brain(you will see tired and lost you mind follow minutes)when drink it too much.if you meet that situation,you need to go to the hot place or turn on the heat system and take a blanket over body.

eat something like snack,salt or metal flour in an capsule(use it by the saliva).

I have always had a goal of drinking half (ounces) of my body weight (number in pounds).

Example: a 150 pound person = drinks 75 ounces.

The 4 Liters is approx 136 ounces so, you'd need to weigh in at about 272 pounds to absorb this.

According to mayo clinic online Although uncommon, it is possible to drink too much water. When your kidneys are unable to excrete the excess water, the electrolyte (mineral) content of the blood is diluted, resulting in low sodium levels in the blood, a condition called hyponatremia.


So if you are taking salt tablets to compensate -I'd say STOP. Please...take better care of yourself than this.

i don't understand what were you talked but i just report all my real experience,and i also know these of your information is got in internet.did you say why i drank it like that right?or why i wrote this?
-i drank because i thirsty and i wrote because i want to warn people,even how weight is your body,drink water for much is not just hyponatremia like you search,it's also make the cerebral edema would very danger.

you don't know there is some people are dead because they drank to much water?try to drink more than 1gallon=proximity to 3 liters and have an case that drank 2gallon and died,and if you don't absorb it out of your stomach,you will die.

This thread is about Eating Disorders.
You typed about having drank 4 Liters.
Your posts are difficult to understand as well.
Yes, I researched it quickly.
I noticed your post had view but no replies-I figured nobody else proably understood what your purpose and point for posting was. So, my objective was as a warning: if someone wanted to hurt themselves or you, for that matter-I put it up to not do it. That's all.

Well water its very good and dont have negative effects but i think drinking 4 litre per day its exagerating and you will go to toilet many times
