i'm not sure if i have a problem or not

for the past four years ive really struggled with weight, i associate all food with guilt, i see weight loss as a competition with myself and consider it a victory when i dont eat for long periods of time . i can't enjoy eating anymore and get very upset if i think about my body. i have a really supportive boyfriend and friends but nothing they say is enough to make me think differently.

Here are the few steps i could enumerate

1) Get up early in the morning and have a breakfast rich in protein.Example: Egg whites.

2) have a proper lunch rich with vegetables and proteins. Example: fish,chicken breast.

3) Do not have a heavy dinner. Cut down on your fats in the evening.

4) Join a gym or a dance class.

5) Have protein shakes instead of cold drinks and icecreams.

6) Avoid drinking tea or coffee with sugar. Having sugar with tea is more harmful than eating sugar. Because once the sugar gets heated, it can easily accumulate fat in the mid section.

7) Be patient. Have a lot of control on yourself. This takes time. But you will start seeing wonderful results in a month.

8) If you have a lot of money, you can go for liposuction which will help you to remove fat from the exact targeted area. But continue exercising post surgery and having control on your diet.
