Right behind you. I get negative thoughts & anxiety. Recently i started getting random panic feelings while in church. Scared the crap outta me. Happened twice. Its so out of the norm but this whole 11 month experience has been "not normal" so im holding on. Keep checking back on us fellow pawsers! Lol

Because I care I write this email.
God is faithful.
And He was the help that I needed.
Had Quit cigarettes at the end of 2014, without any craves starting from the second 1.
Had Quit porn.
Had Quit taking drugs while I was in a place where it was legal.
The life experience: improved to it's natural state.
Who considers himself/herself weak in front of God is right and honest.
With men few things are possible, with God all is possible.
you who say you are intellectual and powerful in your own, how come that your wisdom is based on the countable books that you read and haven't even thrown an eye on the most known book, ever?

If anyone is going through derealization and depersonalization just know that it'll go away on its own its not permanet i promise. Ive been through it after i had a panic attack from smoking weed and it was scary. I thought everything was fake and i felt disconnected with myself the next morning and had scary thoughts about a lot of things thinking i had schizophrenia. Funny thing is dp/dr isnt a disorder i found out that its just a form of anxiety pretty much a defense mechanism like when you get in a car accident and your mind clicks to defense mode. Just keep your mind busy dont think of the symptoms just accept them and let them go, dont search things up about it anymore just live your life as if you didnt have it. Dont check in on it either cause then youre gonna be like "dam oh no the symptoms are back" (: it'll go away i promise!
