What exactly is so hard, desperate?

You have a roof over your head, food to eat, money to spend. music to listen to. What's so tough about that? Really?

Have you been formally diagnosed with a mental disease?

What exactly can we do for you? We can talk. It is in your hands. And i don't understand ... you have cats in turkey, isn't that fantastic? Feed the animals, watch them eat.

Psychosis isn't usually a permanent condition. I've been psychotic myself, and they don't let you out of the nuthouse until they know you're good to go.

Do you have a regular doctor? It often sounds as though you're making your own decisions about medicine. You might need an outsider -- a trained outsider -- to keep an eye on what you're taking.

Feeling exhausted all the time is symptomatic of all sorts of things. Find someone who can do a blood test for you.

A blood test can't mess anything, except perhaps to expose something you're taking that's bad for you, or an area of deficiency that could be fixed with medicine or change of diet.

It's my stubborn flawed thinking and obsession just reluctant to do it.

So you know what the problem is, but you don't intend to fix it. Is that right?
