You could have a good conversation about that with your mother, and see how she feels about it. Talking, imagining and researching are fun in themselves. Sometimes they lead to actually carrying out a plan, sometimes they don't... but you'll never know if you don't try it.

There aren't much that works green tea and to a degree antipsicotics. I just emphasise on green tea. It tastes awful. In this situation how can I do things differently? Anyways if I could stop worrying it would be great but it would be a miracle too it's not easy. It's my illness that causes loneliness..

By doing good things, small actions that make you feel good and posting them in here. That would be different.
