The universal goal is happiness, some achieve it through eating, it gives them real happiness. Others go to work at the lowest national level and go on holiday once a year and then feel happiness. Others have arranged the right day's plan, and, for example, are meditating so that at the end of the day they can feel happiness and I respect the third ones because they treat their bodies as objects that need to be set and planned in order to work. The key to happiness is knowing how senseless our lives are.
