I would try to do things thought I don't have proper joy but they may also worsen my mental health. I mean listening to music surfing net etc worsens my illness as far as I could understand.

Hence, using the means to cleanse your body which will cleanse your mind. BUT you have to weather the tough spots. It's life, buddy. You choose to go the distance, or you choose to stay stuck.

I choose to go distance but I don't have energy to realise that.

Self-contradictory statement.

Sometimes it doesn't matter to go distance or not..life worth for distress or not.

.

We must deliver ourselves with the help of our minds . . .

for one who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends;

but for the one who has failed to do so,

the mind will remain the greatest enemy.

Diet control totally gone. Desserts fuzzy drinks tea..no fruits or veggies. This must be fixed. I think to fix this and a make an other week juice fasting next week when my mother leaves. She is coming Wednesday

I'm disappointed, but not surprised. I was surprised (and delighted) when you went straight into a 10-day juice fast with no preparation.

Next time, start slowly and wait to see the results before proceeding to the next step.

I'm still on replacing one meal a day with vegetable juice. Some days I can't even manage that much, because it's very cold here now and warm foods are more appealing. I agree with you the actual juicing and clean-up is off-putting when you want food right now. I still believe it's a good idea, and I will persist.

If you don't want to go as far as juicing again just yet, develop a taste for raw vegetables, and of course, fruits.

One vitamin-packed meal a day is a good way to start.

I have intentions to start an other juicing week. More veggies and fruits anyways.
