Just wanna talk to somebody

So you're just going to complain for the rest of your life that nothing ever works for you?

Why? We can just chill chat.

Perhaps,

perhaps,

perhaps.

I'm just musing here.

Perhaps, you could go out and find yourself a friend in your own environment with whom you can have regular chill chats, and where you can enjoy physical human contact, devoid of electronic devices. It's not impossible.

It may require you to change some of your beliefs, though. Are you up for it?

Look over this thread. You think saying that you are zero, sad, a nothing, etc. is “chill chat”?

It isn’t. It is you complaining about yourself, again, and again, and again. This isn’t a thread to just talk, it is a thread for you to complain. You have 10 years of whining in this forum.

When will that change?

Desperate, it's really frustrating interacting with you here. You present one problem after another, and three of us have put a lot of time and effort into talking to you, but the result is always the same: you say you "can't" take any action whatsoever to improve your life.

It may give you some temporary relief to keep complaining, but there's zero satisfaction in reading endless gripes about which you clearly intend to do nothing. The "chats" here are a one-way street, you moaning about every little detail of your life and us wanting to help you. But no one can help a man who won't help himself.

I was shocked recently when I saw you'd written something along the lines of you have the worst problems of anyone in the world, no one else has got it as bad as you have and it's all because of the way your father treated you. You have a bed to sleep in, food to eat, internet, music, a job where apparently you can never be fired, a car to get yourself around... and still you play your sad violin about how terrible it is to be you.

Wake up! You may feel like a child, and behave like one, but you are not a child and you need to start taking responsibility for your experience of life. If you hate the job, look for another one. If you miss your mother, get yourself into a position where you can spend more time with her. Just don't keep moaning here if you have no intention of doing anything about it.

Here it is:

There are many people locked up in psychiatric hospitals, who can't be trusted to prepare food or dress themselves, much less drive a car and hold a job. Right now you have everything you need to create a happy and satisfying life... but you still think someone else would have to do that for you.

It's doubtful I can do those I'm fake. It's very hard for me too to hold a job.

"Very hard" is not impossible.

All you think about is yourself. You literally can't see that other people are suffering.

Why would you worry about yourself so much if your life was so terrible? If you don't appreciate the bed you sleep in, get rid of it. Give up sleeping, eating, internet, music, green tea, visits to coffee shops, your car, your job... Take Lyrica, hell, use heroin! If life is so awful, stop struggling so hard to hold on to it.

I would give up life and go to home to live with my mother and sleep all day but I'm so afraid from my father. So I have to hold on to a job to keep a roof over my head. By the way I started lyrica 50mg daily. Hope it works.

What do you expect Lyrica or any other drug to do for you? Do you think it will make your job okay? Do you think it will stop you missing your mother? Will it stop you complaining and worrying?

Ease anxiety so I can work. I expect that. May ease my low morale too.
