Work related worries 2

#225

Postby desperate788 » Tue Apr 30, 2019 9:52 am

I have a concern. There is a work that must be done immediately. I haven't done things according to procedure. I didn't send the related start paper to tax office on time. Now I send it though it was signed without tax payer. I should have invented him bit I didn't. I invite him now to bring legal books he probably doesn't have. Work may be sent to court. What should I do? I want to progress today despite worries

If work goes to court not following procedure may be a problem

And here we go round the mulberry bush. Again.

Desperate: I hate my job.

Other member: Give it away and look for a better one.

Desperate: I can't do that.

Desperate: I hate my job...

That's why death is the only way to end my suffering

If you say so.

If I were suffering that much, I'd do drastic stuff and then have the adventure. Have done, more than once. Still here, no major regrets.

I quit a job in November 1999 and didn't have another steady one until July 2002. In between I

volunteered at an animal sanctuary every Saturday
worked overnight shifts in nursing homes about 2 months
got behind in my rent
was member of a writing group that met in a pub once a month
made a few new friends
covered for a secretary (briefly) in a letting agency
went hungry for days on end
worked short-term in other office jobs
was widely believed to be a witch
laughed
cried
and now have something to look back on and think I SURVIVED!

That isn't the only time I've left a job without another one to go to. It's the only time I've done that and expected to settle in a foreign country where I didn't know anyone.

Anyone who thinks death is the only answer -- unless they're in intractable physical pain -- needs to think again. In the words of Richard Bach, there is no problem so great that it can't be run away from.

Yes, do it tomorrow.

It would be good for you to read a few Richard Bach books. My favourites are Illusions and Bridge Across Forever, but Running From Safety might be the best one right now.
