Retraining your brain PAWS, anxiety, etc

High anxiety, paws, depressed, negative thinking patterns? After quitting drugs, we need to retrain our brain, especially as long term they increase anxiety.

If you don’t have the finances to see a therapist for CBT, I recommend doing it on your own using self help books.

CBT is used by therapists to treat mental disorders/bad thinking patterns including anxiety, depression, etc.

I am thinking to get “CBT FOR DUMMIES”, you can find a free pdf copy on google if you want to fully check it before buying the paper version.

I did CBT and CBT-I (CBT for insomnia) and neither were worth the time for me regardless of the 90%+ success rate. Sorry for being negative.
