Quit after a very heavy daily dabbing habit on Sept 25/2018. PAWS was very typical, horrible sleep night sweats, chills, etc for the first month, then came the wicked REM rebound and still very short sleep (4 hours), anxiety, depression etc.
Relapsed on New Years eve which turned into a 3 month binge. Stopped cold turkey a week ago, but only had a few nights of crappy sweaty sleep but nowhere near as bad as 6 months ago. Now a week later I feel pretty good! Sleep is sweat free, dreaming already but just normal dreams, and I feel better after 1 week than I did after 3 months last time.
The ONLY difference is the time of the year, and that I maybe i'm not as lean now. I ended up gaining 15lbs before, but when I started back up I actually dropped 10lbs, so maybe it's not such a "shock" to my system now?
I don't know, but before I was thinking about starting up again in a few weeks but now i'm feeling WAY better than when I did while on weed. What a difference!
PAWS is a mystery sometimes I think! I figured I would be a zero again after a 3 MONTH BINGE!
