I think so you have any kind of depression that's why you're going through insomnia. If I'm right then I suggest you to life coaching because life coaching is a best source to fight with insomnia. Last year due to business loss in pandemic situation I was in depression and having insomnia then someone suggest me to life coach to improve mental health.

A life couch wouldnt help me for tonight. Do you know any remedy for immediate relief? Im seeing a therapist she is a bit life coach too. And i love her so much. I imagine myself with her to soothe me but that doesnt work. I should have bought my serequel today.

Life coach is a best way to cure insomnia and depressed level. I suggest you to life coaching because life coaching is a best source to fight with insomnia. Just start life coaching i'm pretty sure you won't regret.
