throat anxiety

Hi everyone.
Its been 8month since my last toke.
Days are lilttle better after 6month. But still suffering i m not 100℅ back to normal but hope to see at better place.
Well i was searching and i came to dis point anybody having problems in Thorat? Like left side pain in Thorat or something stucked in Thorat . Like someone pricking a pin kinda in Thorat. Lump in throat. Its happinin to me since 2 3 months on and off. Burping all the time. I tght that is normal but somewhere i heard this can happen due to anxiety disorder.

Hey Akash,

Glad to hear things are getting better on your end. As far as the throat pain goes, I've had acid reflux my whole life and what you explain is a symptom I get whenever acid from my stomach splashes up (rare, but happens) into my esophagus. I feel that tingle or prickle in my throat. Anxiety and the stomach are intertwined in a lot of cases, so that is a possibility for you.

I'm at about 7 1/2 months since quitting and things have been getting better as well. I still get panicky and anxious in many situations which never used to happen prior to this whole withdrawal mess. Some days are better than others, but some symptoms still linger.

Glad to hear that things getting better for u too.
Maybe this is due to acid reflux. But whenever i drink warm water witb lemon. Then it stop happining for a while. Good days bad days going on actually i have most of the problem in darkness or in the evening where i start feeling weird and dizzy. I have started excercise again but after jogging i start feeling nervous and dizzy instead of feel fresh and good wen i was normal i used to feel fresh and happy after workout. I m excited to hit a year and see what this couple of months can do in my improvement.

about 5 years ago i was smoking cigars and started to have throat anxiety and felt i had a lump on the side of my throat. i saw a doctor who sent me to a specialist who put a camera down my throat. anyway she said all was ok and normally if problem lump in middle of throat (don't quote me on that it was a long time ago so i forget the ins and outs of it)

i gave up smoking shortly after then and in time it healed.
