How to find good in everything?

Many of us are hostages to certain stereotypes, which often interfere with work and development. Reframing is a special technique that allows you to change the point of view of a person to a different, sometimes even the opposite. This is not the lacquering of reality, but the ability to see for yourself and show the situation to everyone from all sides. Where some see only problems, others find opportunities. If you live alone, then it's easier for you to use this method. And what if you do not live alone? And what will this reframing give you if next to you a person remains in his stereotypes. At best he will take you for a crazy or temporarily insane.
Can I change my point of view on the event, and at the same time is remaining to be understood by the other?
