Multiple Hypnosis Compatibility?

I typically like to listen to 2 different hypnosis downloads a day, but I have a hard time determining which ones will work well together, which ones work together, and which ones won't work together. I know that, for example, trying to stop smoking habits while trying to lose weight at the same time through hypnosis is difficult, if not impossible (thanks google). I'm a socially anxious guy trying to become a bartender, so I wanted to use the "Learn Fast" audio along with something else that would help me in learning and/or something to help me with socializing. Would the "Learn Fast" audio be compatible with something like "Be more Charismatic" or "be yourself socially"? How would you determine whether or not they are?

Given that outside of specific, narrow areas such as stress reduction hypnosis doesn't work, scientifically speaking, it is rather irrelevant how compatible one hypnosis topic is compared to another.

I suggest taking the same time used listening to audio, to instead plan and engage in activities that will work on achieving whatever goal you want to pursue. For instance, if you are wanting to be more social, set goals to deliberately socialize.

As an example, say you are afraid of public speaking. Instead of an hour a day listening to hypnosis, use an hour a day to write and then deliver that same speech, first to yourself in a mirror, then to a family member, then to a friend, then to a stranger, then to 3 strangers, then 10, then a room full, etc. You get the idea.

If you want to be a bartender, use the time to practice making drinks and engage in pretend conversations with patrons. Then host a small party at your home for 3 other people and you play bartender. Tell them you are practicing making drinks. Then host for 5 people and tell them to each bring a friend. Once again, you get the general concept. You escalate and practice.

In education this is called scaffolding. In psychology it is similar to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

After 10 hours of actual deliberate practice being social you will be much further along than 10 hours of listening to tapes in isolation telling you that you can be a social person.
