Hi there

Its been a long time i didnt comment Just to let you know, i am doing good

i have found confidence in myself and good times

Got no delusive thoughts
Got my confidence back

No need for drugs

However, i have this situation going on,
Met the most beautiful woman ever, i was so happy with her, after few months together she wants to brake up,

Now i have a problem with that, as i would like to keep the relationship, However, i still think a brakeup is a good decision, As somehow i felt like she didnt accept my daughter, i mean everyone loves kids but, thats how i felt about it, And i also felt like she was too critical on me, and all that was keeping me distant from her,

And i dont even try to explain that to her as she may not understand my point, i feel lots of guilt for my daughter, as she was abandoned from her mom, I try to go out with friends and do men stuff talking about women, money, cars, but its not working

I think the best for me is to simply spend more time with my daughter, but i fear i may regret if i dont do more effort on the relationship

I may be significantly younger than you seeing that I'm certainly not old enough to be a parent, but I do think that it's important for you to spend more time with your daughter if you think you do, but try to work something out with your partner too. Don't neglect either of them. It may be difficult, but your effort may be just what helps the most and it may pay off. I personally have been very neglected by my parents while they were having relationship issues and it took a huge toll on my mental health and the mental health of both my parents, however that's just my experience.

I think that right now in your situation, even if I really don't know much about what it's like to be you, it's best to try to be the most loving father and partner that you can, because making other people happy despite things maybe not going how you want them too can often make you happy too. But of course, if you feel that it's necessary for whatever reason, I think consulting a professional would be a good idea.

Thanks for the comment!!

I find it difficult to make decision here, however ill chose brakup, as she is too critical on me,

Im doing my best to make our lives better she just keep making a list that she wants, her expectations, as i have no problem with that because its all normal stuff to ask about but all kinds of stuff that needs time and patience, and i cannot handle any frustration around me as i come from a really ugly past, and i fear i may find myself on delusive thoughts, which would be really bad for me as i have my daughter responsibility ,

Ill chillout, take a diazepam 2mg at nights, it wont do much, just to have a good sleep and get over this,

I am planning to open a drug-store, and move on with my life, and forget about women unless i meet someone who loves me more and doesnt panic about every detail going on around , its called Love, Care,

This girl always say she loves me, i just think that if she would love me she would not mind every detail, but she would care more about me

Its those who you dont love that you become frustrated around and moan about every detail

Try to find a balance between giving yor daughter time and attention and being in a relationship.

Also, you do not really know why your girlfriend wants to breakup with you unless you ask her. Making assumptions will not help. You must be direct.

Make sure to make time with your daughter.

Lastly, if you do wind up breaking up, in the future you can try to find someone who is okay with being with someone who has a kid and does not mind.
