Says you.

For most people, having such a luxury is not small at all. Being able to afford hiring a person to clean your home is a big concept. It means that they have enough money for food, for shelter, clean water, electricity, clothing, etc. It means they have no real financial worries in life. Wow! How great is life! To not have any true financial concerns!? Life is wonderful.

But you act as if this luxury is just an additional burden, more proof of how awful life is.

When a person has a legitimate problem, people listen to them, they try to help them. When a person complains about everything, when every single aspect of their life, from drinking beer to listening to music, to sending emails, to having problems with the hired help makes their life awful, people tend to stop listening.

I'm not poor have plenty of money but things money can buy doesn't give me joy I simply can't do anything more than sitting or sleeping idle. There was a wonderful weather today all blue skies but couldn't have even a small walk. I must emphasise though the thing that annoys me most is work related anxieties it's awful. I took a sick note this week I'm at holiday but think if should go to work tomorrow because of various anxieties

Sure...take another day off work. You can afford it. Use the time to go for a walk. Take the time to write a list of all the things you enjoy about life, the small things that money can’t buy.

I don't even know what bookmarking a topic means. Probably just that you'll be able to find it more easily. If it bothers you, ask how you can turn it off.

UF is a very safe space, you know. We've both been here for years without the emergency services breaking our doors down.

What makes you think a walk could be harmful for your health? If you're dressed appropriately for the weather, walk as much as you like. I know I need to walk more...

I was in a very anxious mood last night and I got the message that I bookmarked a topic I needlessly worried if I can't see the new posts because of that it's usual desperate you know worrying and stuff about walking I think I subconsciously torture myself with intrusive thoughts while walking out I'm a freak under cover that may cause problems in fact I can ignore those and go for a walk but qualified people at board has the opinion that I shouldn't walk out at least I think so in just doing what I'm told

Desperate, you've been worrying about work for years and they haven't fired you yet. Why don't you give yourself a break? You're obviously doing the job well, even if you hate it.

I worry about everything as my job is the most important part of my life my worries focus on that I create discomfort at my self for small things that normal people don't even care but I can't stop I just damage my happiness idiotically I just gave a break from work and think that's enough reluctant to go to doctor and want an other sick note my worries at work change on being fired to go to prison because of a mistake at job from time to time and it's very annoying
