If pain killers don't help, drinking won't help.

Medical doctors who specialize in pain sometimes have insights that generalists don't.

Maybe going to a pain clinic would help?

Another option is alternative care.

For example, if you've confirmed nothing's broken, accupuncture has been demonstrated to reduce pain.

Have you treid cutting yourself? Be careful of-course, but make it rough and jagged, make it painful. Im just assuming youve tried everything else.

Really just try everything, and anything, you have nothing to loose in a situation like this. Try marbles, pressure points, chinese medicine, ect.

You can't afford not to try anything, no matter how stupid it sounds. Go on down the line starting with the least harmful and or risky things. The life of an alcoholic should come after suicide on your list. But im familiar with neither.

In the practice of yoga we learn to meet our limits while staying in touch with our body.

I would recommend this with a bit of stretching, a vegan or highly natural life-giving food diet, and mindfulness meditation.

I don't believe pain can be eradicated immediately but a dedicated practice over a long time is in my opinion the best remedy.

It'll only make you do stupid things. Things you shouldn't. Things that you'll regret.
