Life it seems so fade away..losing the will to go on when everything I enjoy to do harms my mental health. Regrets don't get back progress damn life

I went out this morning and liked morning and autumn ambiance wanted to have a walk to sc maybe but I have doubts that spending time out damages my mental I think it's certain in that case how damaging a walk may be? Serious?
