Sometimes it's best to stay at home..I have doubts about this guy. I'm glad I'm back at comfort of my home.

Home is where your pain exists. Home is where you ruminate and worry. To say that your home is comfort is being dishonest with yourself. You would not be going to a therapist if home was truly comforting. It isn’t. You hate being trapped in your home. So don’t kid yourself.

Remember, you have been in this forum a long time, so when you write something about being comfortable in your home all we must do is go back through your posts and see how much discomfort and anxiety is posted from you inside your own home. It is false to say your home is a place of comfort, when you are always feeling so miserable there.

:) yes I climbed a mountain by car with a mate from work. Now I think I should get more joy there instead of worrying..you know my life is mainly at home..

You don't have to wait to be invited. Decide where you would like to go and ask someone you like to go with you. More activity with friends = more happiness and less time to worry.
