As a positive thing, I hope you leave the forum. That will help. You have wasted enough of your life hiding in here.

On Tuesday May 13, 2008, desperate wrote:I have a problem, I think some disturbing things that I don't want to think. This is tending to make me depressed. I don't want to tell the disturbing thoughts but its not something like hurting people maybe too ridicilous. I wonder if this can be called anxiety, as in that situation I must search web for that. I have in mind trying to cure this situation with something like music therapy or meditation. Any suggestions or sites to recommend?

This was your first post on the forum. You've had thousands of replies in the 11 years since then, not one of which has made a scrap of difference to the way you feel.

"I can't survive without this forum" is just another lie you tell yourself and us.

I'm surprised at such an early stage of this journey I mentioned anxiety. It's my core problem and I'm aware of this lately. Also its interesting that I could write such a complex post with my impaired mind. I'm so dependant to forum there are two people in my life my mother and friends at forum I don't want to lose both. I become happy when I read every new post.

Well, there you go. You've been complaining about depression and anxiety ever since you signed up here, you've tried various drugs, you've rejected every suggestion offered here, and nothing has changed.

What are you going to do about that? Because it's clearly ludicrous to say your presence on the forum has helped you in any way.

Okay, that's a good start.

If we're going to keep chatting here, you're going to have to start telling us what's right about your life.

I don't want to see any more complaint, or questions as to what you should be doing, unless you intend to take some action.

Ok :) no more complaining. Your friendship is more important than anything  I sometimes think days before I have a job I didn't have any money now I have money and buy whatever I want to. That's a good thing about my life.

There are quite a few good things about your life. You may not realise it, but you have the freedom to please yourself.
