We had a lot of snow last week but it's all gone now. The wind has dropped but the sky is still white and grey; I don't like the look of it.

Yes grey skies is depressing indeed I like blue skies and sunshine who doesn't like that?

We'll have to hold on, you and me. Brighter days are surely around the corner. In fact I've often noticed that a particularly cold winter is followed by a scorching summer. Fingers crossed! :D

In that case it doesn't sound like a good idea. Find something more upbeat that you can dance to to get the blood moving.

The alternative is to change the life you're living. Call someone you like and arrange to see him or her.

I don't have any close friends to call. I just have uf and my mothet. I'm exhausted worried anxious can't stand this life it always takes something from you its exhausting

This is a big part of the problem. And it's hard to make new friends when all you can think about it how tired you are.
