In one of those articles it says anxious people dream too much, which means they wake up exhausted.

Sometimes sexual stuff, interstingly I saw someone from management at ankara at time he was trying to reach me at antep I can't recall for now others

Well, you're a guy, so sexual dreams help you deal with the build-up of tension after seeing women you're attracted to but don't dare talk to.

The work-related stuff shows your anxiety about it. I think you need to make some changes but I know that's a tough call when all you're getting is stress already.

Are you sure? Getting out isn't good for me. I was never good at talking people and that played a role in formation of my mental disease. I think my mental disease is genuine.

Someone take care of works, travel with a girlfriend, living in a welfare country like UK , being able to drink without health concerns etc
