It's not easy I can't make a girl satisfied because of some problems also it requires effort and motivation that I don't have I'm depressed

Then you need a change of work. A promotion where you are or a different kind of work somewhere else.

You've got too comfortable where you are, and we're going to keep revisiting this problem until you solve it. Writing about it here doesn't make any difference at all.

There are nice parts of my work I come to work at 11.00 but if I had the motivation I would like to change work anyways

I know. I get it. I had several jobs where I could pretty much come and go as I pleased, as long as the work got done.
