Great, so your problem is solved. Now go troll Sam Harris and join his cult. Maybe he can satisfy your need for attention.

He's the one who gives you the most attention here. What are you going to do without him?

Only you can change that, if you wish, nay, if you make the decision to do so. Not feeling sorry for you.

That is one way to get attention...or I should say yet another way. IMO not a very effective way, but to each their own.

Lot's of ways to get a rush in life other than self-mutilation.

That will get you a tiny bit of attention for a couple of minutes. It might make for a conversation piece. And you will live the rest of your life as a eunuch. Not a good or bad thing, but it won't actually change much in your life. Mentally, you will just move on to some other "poor me" issue in life and make that your focal point. You will still go to work, file some plans, go home, post a few tweets, spend your time self-loathing, go to sleep, wake up, repeat.

Hi Victoria?

First of all, I love you. For your openness and honesty and your desire to find more in life!

I too used to work in an office....dull job....for a long time I wasn't sure what I really wanted to do. Then I decided to really investigate my life and write down ll of the things that I MIGHT POSSIBLY want to do. Once I started writing, I couldn't stop. Not all of them was achievable, they were just things that I would like to do, eg. become an astronaut or pilot, be fluent in 10 languages and climb Everest.

Once I had wrote all that down I started circling the ones that were more attainable at that time, eg. learn piano, guitar and saxophone, hike a long distance trail, handstand and travel Asia.

The next step was to start thinking about the ones on the list I actually WANTED to wok for....my life ever since has been worthwhile....not always great, but at least I could see light at the end of the tunnel, even after a 4 year depression I knew I should keep going because I knew some of the things I wanted.

Now I live in Vietnam, can do a handstand (I can hod for about 3 seconds, my target is 30 seconds), I can play piano and guitar and I have hiked a 1,000km path in Cornwall, England.

Even the little goals matter.....=One day I will wake up in Bali = I will volunteer on Christmas day = Revisit the town I grew up in = See the Colosseum = Learn to cook a stir-fry from scratch. They all add up to the bigger picture which becomes your life plan and it is never too late!!!!

Please, check out my YouTube channel, you may find it of some use in the coming weeks, months and even years. Like, subscribe and share and make a commitment to take control of your own life, destiny and future. Much love!

His "desires," as you say, stop at the level of wishes. He doesn't go to the next steps in gaining knowledge and then applying the knowledge. He wants everything handed over to him without effort.

I applaud your efforts and taking action in reaching your own goals.

Your first post here is about sending readers to your YouTube channel, where you state that you are an

That's why you aren't allowed to post a link.

You're wasting your money, and your time, and your vital essence. It's all misdirected. You are not getting joy and happiness. How do I know? You are here consistently complaining. Go f.yourself elsewhere.

Go troll elsewhere.
