Its strange isn't it? You are asleep but don't feel like you are. I wonder how deep into REM it is then. Kind of still sounds like cannabis withdrawal. It seems to be the hardest part of the journey, and most of us experience it, some more that others. Could be that it can go on longer than we realise.

Thank you for the audio book tip. I have used some you tube videos by Jason Stephenson a few times. That might be similar to what you are describing. I'm not the best at keeping still though, i like to potter around. I will try it over the weekend as i did find his voice very relaxing.

I hope your day goes well and can wind down for the weekend.
