What is going on in my brain?

Postby Dabeno55 » Thu Mar 15, 2018 6:24 pm

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting. I'm a 19 year old boy and I moved to Budapest in August 2017. Ever since I moved here, I gave noticed a lot about myself but have also developed new problems:
- Decreased concentration and mental processing
- Decreased self confidence
- 24/7 thinking about what people think about me
- No real friends (can't form relationships)
- Lack of understanding of who I am and what I like
- I feel mentally tired all the time, even when I sleep 8 hours +
- I'm unaware of every moment and I can never let myself have fun anymore
- Loss in libido and emotional connection with girls

Is this normal? What am I experiencing? Thanks.

you are afraid because of the unknown

the faster you learn life the faster you get back to feeling comfortable

and you start to trust ppl around and start to feel like family and warm heart

Yes, it's normal. You're getting used to being an adult.
