I tend to deteriorate want to cry sometimes don't want to go to work miss my mother you know loneliness..

I think you've had your feelings 'frozen' for a long time. When you were a little boy you felt and expressed all your feelings as you experienced them. Now you're an adult, you can hold back feelings only for so long. Give yourself a break.
