I can't sleep properly for 10 days ..from none to uncomfortable 2 3 hours. What will help sleep? Thought of a night walk.. what say you?

Insomnia is one of the worst diseases..so fed up. I have insomnia since 18

Insomnia terrible. There aren't any green tea to fire up the night. Unproductive sleepless evening. 7 hours to morning, damn.

Another sleepless night ..thought of making a green tea but it will worsen insomnia. I'm used to sleepless nights but tomorrow I must work.

Still can't sleep the thing I hate most about sleepless nights is that cursed feeling early morning causes..

maybe you could sign up for a sport. or get a friend and go running around your block. learning an instrument also helps.
helps both sleep and motivation.

Sport maybe friend unlikely sleep seems problematic tonight too last night i couldn't sleep even for a hour..

I have sleep problems, too, desperate. I hope you're aware that green tea contains caffeine? And that caffeine is anti-sleep?

I'm confused about drinking green tea. It contains theanine for relaxation but it contains caffeine too..should I reduce it?
