I believe you will always find something to worry about. If you have nothing to worry about, you'll be worried that you've forgotten something.
Most of the things we worry about don't happen. If you look back at your life, you'll see you were always worried about something... usually work-related. And yet you've held this job for nine years (longer than I stayed anywhere!) and I don't think you've ever once written here that you've even been told off for something.
You have a very long history of COPING. However badly you think you've done, you always get through whatever life throws at you. Your style is to put things off as long as possible, then have a crazy rush as work falls due. It works for you, obviously. You could do things differently if you wanted to, but you don't want to.
