foods to avoid

We are what we eat and nutrition plays an important role at our well being. With this principle I avoid many foods for health the problem is your choice narrow and you get bored from eating same things in light of this I want to exclude butter oil and macaroni from my avoid list what say you are these sp unhealthy sorry if this sounds idiotic it's usual desperate

I suggest you get a good cookbook that shows you which foods contains which vitamins and minerals. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables is the key.

I have to force myself to eat specially fruits I always tend not to..I tend to eat unhealthy junk I sometimes get tired to force myself. There are some healthy food I like..Fish onions, tomato with olive oil himm not so much.
