Well it's been three hours since I took my last puff. I'm heading to work right know. Im gonna be there until nine o'clock tonight. I always smoke before work. But not today. Will see how I feel during the day and when I get home cause I always smoke when I get home. Any recommendations?

Sooooo....did you start smoking again? It's been a week, just curious. We all fail multiple times before it takes. Don't give up

Good for you! Congrats keep it up. My longest has been like 4-5 months for for the past 5 years. Sadly my memory is so bad I don’t even know if that’s completely accurate. I do know I’ve always quit then started smoking small amounts which always let to full blown daily smoking. I’m committed to clearing my system of this crap and getting back to old self. Good luck:)
