Cant make a decision on simple things

Postby Gor » Sun Jun 24, 2018 6:44 pm

I am having trouble more often to decide on do simple things or no. For example I couldn't decide on watching a move yesterday for a couple of hours and used random yes no generator to make a decision.

I have started to overthink on almost everything and that makes my life harder. I am just curios if anyone faced something like this.

Thanks in advance.

Plenty of people face this issue. It is rooted in a lack of self-confidence, driven by fear.

Typically it originates when an individual has spent too much time in an environment that is “safe”. It is an environment where the person is not required to make decisions of any significance.

The solution is to set some goals that are challenging and get you out of this comfortable environment. You don’t set goals that allow you to exist in this comfortable space, but you also don’t set ridiculously tough goals as to handicap your chances of success.
