You've wanted this for a long time, desperate. What's the point of working if you don't enjoy what you do? Well, it pays for your pleasures... but we're not seeing any pleasure in your life, just maintenance and misery.

Maybe it's time to take some sick leave and figure out what comes next.

How about asking your boss for a week or so off before you start work in the new city? That doesn't seem unreasonable. Surely there's a lot to do, packing, moving, finding new accommodation?

I had hoped you would feel more positive about starting fresh in a new place.

This is just the time I'm to move a new city when im legally informed that I have 15 days holiday the problem is because of the mess of works on me they may not inform me legally which means no holiday no moving that's what I worry and ruins my mood..actually I'm eager to start fresh I want it.

Good! Make sure starting fresh includes feeling optimistic about the change.

What date do you finish where you are, and when do you start in the new place? The time in-between should be a time of positive expectation for you.

That isn't how it works. For better things to start happening to you, you need to get happy first. Imagination is required for that.

I see you using your imagination against yourself. You've posted a string of things to be worried about, and so far nothing you've worried about has come to pass. All that happens is you go on feeling bad. Then the dealine for something bad to happen passes, and you immediately start worrying about the next thing.

Yes, if I had XYZ I would feel ABC. We all know that equation. As soon as we get XYZ we realise it didn't lead to ABC, or that ABC was very brief, so we look for something else that's missing. If I had PQR...

It's a mug's game, predicting happiness that depends on acquiring something or removing something from your future.

Looks to me that work is actually a very positive thing in your life. You turn it into a negative one by convincing yourself you only do it for the money, you're forced to do it, if you had a choice you wouldn't do it.

Then what? Then nothing. You'd still feel pessimistic, only now you can lie in bed all day telling yourself how worried you are about... everything.

Unless you die young, the time will come when you can no longer work. Then you'll realise how much it helped you to have structure to your days and weeks. It meant you had to get up and get dressed in the mornings, that you had to be with other people, that you had to use your mind for problem-solving.

I get happy sometimes not sad everytime but happiness may be fake.

Turn that one on its head, PLEASE! Your endless worries have been shown to be fake. Your happiness, your BLISS, lies underneath all that worrying. I gather a few beers gets the top layer off, and you start to feel better about life. That's REAL, and you don't need alcohol to access it. You can keep shovelling more worries on top, or you can start digging for gold. Your choice.

My job is one of the hardest in my country for college graduates. It requires attention hard working etc. It's totally a torture for a man who have mental disease like me. I can't solve probs at work because I have no mind. Digging for gold I understand that.
