It only gets better if you are dedicated enough to make serious changes in your life.
Many think if they just stay off weed and sit around and wait, things magically work out. Rarely is that the case.
You must change your habits and move to be as healthy as possible. Most of us have to substitute something new for the best friend we just got rid of which we relied on for so long. Some take on new hobbies like sports, reading, cooking, spending more time with the family, etc. Recovery is not a sit and wait thing, it’s a thing you do.
You’re going through many painful changes now and in the long run your diligence and commitment will work out, but how well it works out depends on the quality of change you commit to.
