People's opinions here are very important for me I know it's the best way to go just telling him that I don't want to work with him bothers me. I feel some improvement lately at me what it's due to is unknown. Reliance on forum good I like so much people here.

You just do it, if it feels right. Right isn't always comfortable.

But it sounds like ending the relationship with your therapist feels wrong to you. This is the kind of thing you should be discussing with him.

Well, you've changed your mind. You're allowed to do that. Thank him for what he's done and tell him it's time for you to move on. :D

It's easy. Practise saying: "Thanks for everything you've done, but I need to find a face-to-face therapist here."

I'm so unmotivated and lethargic that it's impossible for a single video to motivate me.

The reason being, that one does not change their life without changing their self-identity . . . new book I picked up and just starting to read . . .

Don't lie. Always be honest desperate788.

A knights oath, one of my lessons in this video, and indeed this had always been my oath before the video too:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6p1EuLz9Fes

Be without fear in the face of your enemies,
Be brave an upright that God may love thee,
Speak the truth, always, even if it leads to your death,
Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.
